The Details
The Director of Frequency Coworking & Events and Programs will report to the Owners of the Company and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the space and programs.
Overview of Opportunity
The Director of Coworking & Events and Programs is responsible for leading the experience and sales for the company. This role requires a creative, analytical, and results-driven leader who can develop and implement successful strategies to increase market share, grow revenue, and drive customer loyalty. The ideal candidate should have a track record of developing and executing successful sales campaigns, program creation and implementation, event management, client relations, community building and resourcing and managing day-to-day operations. This is an in-person and in the field position.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including fundraising and grant writing.
Expand market share and maximize profitability.
Develop entrepreneurial programming, marketing campaigns and maximize partnerships.
Track and report on sales performance.
Day to day space management and operations, including vendor management, member onboarding, invoicing, grant writing, managing day to day space operations, facilities and space cleanliness.
Event management; creation to fulfillment and reporting.
Programing will center around Frequency Coworking and Events and its companion company, MinervaVerse, client base and prospects.
About You (Requirements)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or sales management
7-9 years of sales experience
3-5 years of management experience
Proven track record of achieving sales revenue goals
Experience with CRM and marketing campaign tools
Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptable mindset

Prior use of coworking and membership booking software, especially YardiKube.
Physical Requirements
Predominantly operates in an office environment in a stationary position.
Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computer, calculator, keyboard, mouse, and phone.
May occasionally bend, squat, and need to lift up to 40 pounds.
