We are looking for a Group Product Manager who is excited to lead a Product Management team to drive product innovation. This role will be that of a player coach, both leading a team through product delivery from initial concept through design, launch, and customer adoption as well as being hands on with LeanData's products. You and your product team will own feature delivery against LeanData's platform, influence the product roadmap, and provide operational insights to our customers. As part of team leadership, you will also play a big role in coaching, mentoring, and hiring your team, in addition to being a key voice with cross-functional teams. What you'll be doing:
Mentor, coach, and build a Product Management team
Identify, prioritize, and partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver against the product roadmap and vision
Develop deep understanding and knowledge for LeanData's products and customers as well as other products within LeanData's Sales and Marketing ecosystem
Drive product adoption using both a data-driven approach as well as partnering with cross-functional teams to better understand customer and market needs
Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and QA to bring new products to market
Leverage the Voice of the Customer and internal cross-functional input to understand and prioritize feature development
Develop the team's Product Management skills to help drive more efficient and effective requirements and product delivery
Work closely with the Product Management, Design, Project Management, and Engineering teams to understand the both customer and technical impact of product decisions and make tradeoffs to optimize against product delivery
Requirements:
Proven track record leading Product Management teams to develop and deliver against product roadmaps
A strong passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing Product Management teams
Experience developing and communicating product strategy, including having an understanding for how the strategy will drive business results
Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills
3+ years leading Product Management teams and driving business results
Strong technical background and understanding
Strong user experience and product sense
Solid quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to understand data metrics and formulate analyses with data sets
Ability to be a thought-leader that can help define a market
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized problem solver
Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

The salary range for this role is between $160,000 and $200,000 depending on skills and experience.
