Job Description:
Responsibilities -
- ATE setup and Testing using the tester Advantest 93k V93000 advantest Verigy 93K 93000
- Experience with Smartest 8 preferred
- Execution and data collections for SOCs of packages
- Supports engineering activities such as testing, program and hardware checkout utilizing ATE and SLT systems
- Operating Thermostream for characterization
- Minor tweak of load board setup to make it functional for testing
- Calibration & maintenance of test equipment
- Characterization debug using CRO and multimeter
- Maintenance - Logistics, Storage, Tracking and maintenance of load boards, Test samples and various socket boards
