Exciting Opportunity Alert! Join Us as a Program Manager - West!
The MidwayUSA Foundation seeks a passionate and driven Program Manager to help grow our Team Endowment Program in the West region!
In this remote role, you'll be instrumental in encouraging fundraising activities, acquiring new Team Endowment accounts, and providing top-notch support to our current account holders. You'll engage with local, regional, and national youth shooting events, building strong relationships that advance our mission.
Residing in the region, which consists of the following states, is a must: Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, or New Mexico.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Driving the growth of individual team accounts and the overall program.
Fostering collaboration among partners and youth shooting teams.
Leading and managing our Volunteer Ambassadors.
Conducting meetings to promote the Foundation's mission and benefits of endowment accounts.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in youth shooting, sports, and fundraising.
Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
A tech-savvy communicator who is comfortable with public speaking.
