Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Prentice Capital Management, LP in Greenwich, CT. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, handling calendar management, and offering general administrative assistance to ensure the CEO's workflow runs smoothly.

The job will include 50% personal and 50% business support for the CEO. To succeed, you will have to be a self-starter, willing to perform many tasks and be part of the team, which includes the CFO and analysts.

Qualifications
  • Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in managing expense reports and diary and calendar management
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage the CEO's schedule effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Pro
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
