As a key member of the staff, you provide critical support to our patients. You are responsible for the administrative workflow related to patient care including all patient forms, charts, insurance and other required information.

Responsibilities and Duties
Schedule patient appointments for office visits.
Obtain insurance authorizations.
Scan all patient forms into necessary systems.
Update patient charts as required.
Check patients in and out and provide verbal and written information as requested.
Notify patients of appointments within 24 hours of appointment.
Distribute patient schedule to team members every week.
Complete financial transactions as appropriate.
Participate in staff meetings as required.
Send CC's for all office notes and consultations.
Assist in surgical scheduling process
Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.
Qualifications / Experience
GED or High School Diploma
College Degree Preferred
Preferred experience in a private medical practice
