Job Overview:

We are seeking two IT Project Managers to oversee complex, enterprise-wide technical and business initiatives. These positions require expertise in project management, IT network architecture, and healthcare-specific technology systems. This hybrid role offers opportunities to contribute both strategically and operationally to critical health laboratory projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership:
  • Manage enterprise-wide technical and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create and maintain detailed project management artifacts, including charters, plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee deployment, resource planning, and conversion plans.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with network infrastructure vendors, contractors, and healthcare equipment providers.
  • Collaborate across teams, including healthcare-specific departments and technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Healthcare & Laboratory Expertise:
  • Apply knowledge of clinical and laboratory environments, including Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), instruments, and devices.
  • Address the unique IT requirements of health lab facilities.
  • Strategic Planning & Team Leadership:
  • Lead large cross-functional teams, including junior project managers and technical staff.
  • Develop strategic project plans and ensure milestones are met.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.

Qualifications:
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in IT project management and network architecture, including experience in healthcare-specific environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and related healthcare devices.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading teams and managing multi-departmental projects.

  1. Technical Proficiency
  • Skilled in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
  • Strong understanding of IT network architecture, protocols, and healthcare-specific best practices.

  1. Certifications:
  • PMP, PMI, or related project management certification is required.

  1. Skills:
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and collaborative skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  1. Work Setup:
  • Ability to work both on-site and remotely as required.
