We are seeking two IT Project Managers to oversee complex, enterprise-wide technical and business initiatives. These positions require expertise in project management, IT network architecture, and healthcare-specific technology systems. This hybrid role offers opportunities to contribute both strategically and operationally to critical health laboratory projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Manage enterprise-wide technical and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Create and maintain detailed project management artifacts, including charters, plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee deployment, resource planning, and conversion plans.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with network infrastructure vendors, contractors, and healthcare equipment providers.
Collaborate across teams, including healthcare-specific departments and technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
Healthcare & Laboratory Expertise:
Apply knowledge of clinical and laboratory environments, including Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), instruments, and devices.
Address the unique IT requirements of health lab facilities.
Strategic Planning & Team Leadership:
Lead large cross-functional teams, including junior project managers and technical staff.
Develop strategic project plans and ensure milestones are met.
Serve as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in IT project management and network architecture, including experience in healthcare-specific environments.
Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and related healthcare devices.
At least 2 years of experience leading teams and managing multi-departmental projects.
Technical Proficiency
Skilled in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Strong understanding of IT network architecture, protocols, and healthcare-specific best practices.
Certifications:
PMP, PMI, or related project management certification is required.
