Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Non-IT) to oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects across various stages. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple construction projects, including scope, budget, schedule, and close-out activities.
  • Develop project scope and timelines.
  • Coordinate and track Vendor RFPs, bid invitations, and bid evaluations.
  • Negotiate contracts with general contractors and consultants.
  • Conduct and document meetings (pre-bid, pre-construction, and weekly progress meetings).
  • Serve as the client liaison, ensuring regular communication and on-site support.
  • Prepare project status reports, process purchase orders, invoices, and pay applications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for due diligence, financials, and project tracking.
  • Oversee decommissioning of offices, including timely close-out and punch-list completion.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Real Estate and Client teams for seamless project execution.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in construction and project management, with knowledge of civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and construction phases.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40%.
  • Experience with commercial office building construction is required.

Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in construction project management tools and software.
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation and file management.
