Candidate will provide consulting and administration services for Microsoft 365 (O365) and Google Workspace, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint, both On Premise (On-Prem) and online, in a large Enterprise. Conduct licensing analysis to align with organizational requirements, ensuring compliance and cost-efficiency, digital governance strategies, emphasizing best practices for document maintenance, lifecycle management, and adherence to compliance standards, ensuring long-term operational efficiency and data integrity.
Responsibilities: • Monitor Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) and Microsoft Power Apps usage to spot any security anomalies using the Center of Excellence (COE) or equivalent tool. • Work with other organizations on requests for additional Data Gateways • Provide COE Maintenance • Monitor the COE flows across three environments (Dev, Test, Prod). • Restarting stalled flows. • Troubleshooting any errors in the flows. • Work with team to update the COE as needed. • Develop and maintain any custom solutions in the COE. • Assist Makers in using the Power Platform per the governance policies in place. • Maintain the COE Power BI Dashboards. • Update the COE Dashboards as part of the COE Update. • Edit the Dashboards to work in the Customers environment(s). • Troubleshoot any issues with the dashboards. • Support SharePoint on Premise and Online • Responsible for the day to day running of the On Premise (On-Prem) SharePoint farms • Work with team to develop and execute a plan to move the farms to SharePoint online using various migration tools. • Work with site owners to help transition the On-Prem content to SharePoint online. • Assist team in managing SharePoint online, including the systems that run on top of it.

Required Experience Level: • A minimum of thirteen (13) to twenty (20) years relevant IT experience, with 3 to 7 years' experience in Microsoft Solutions Architecture. • A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred; four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a college degree is required. • If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then four additional years of related experience is required.
Additional Provisions: • Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance • Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. • Once candidates resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process. • If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance. • All candidates must be a US Citizen or have permanent residence status (Green Card). • Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years. • Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.) • All overtime must be pre-approved in writing by the client manager or his/her designated representative. • Agency will not be reimbursed for overtime charges without previous written authorization. Authorized overtime will be reimbursed at straight time. • The enforced dress code is business casual, i.e. collared shirt with slacks for men, no skirts above the knee for women.
