IT SPECIALISTJob Description:The IT Specialist provides technical support and guidance to users and assists the IT Manager with various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Help users with PC issues (keyboard, mouse, monitor, OS, uninterruptible power supplies and network wiring).
- Help users with standard applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive, Share Point).
- Work with users remotely (quick assist/anydesk).
- Address printer issues (jams, supplies, coordinating repair with Vendor).
- Assist users with remote desktop applications (SAP, Scan Guns).
- Assist IT Manager with PC/Phone/Camera/network issues.
- Cat6 cabling.
- Provision new PC's for users.
- Re-Provision PC's for new users.
- Search Cameras for issues at Management request.
- Maintain status (Vourne) boards (troubleshooting, updates).
- Assist IT Manager with Office 365 user management.
- Assist in setting access to the building.
- Conduct routine security Malware checks on all computers
- Manage the inventory of computers and assign asset Tag ID's.
- Manage the day to day computer issues.
Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP, Salesforce, and Manufacturing experience a plus
GMP experience desired
