The persons in this position will provide advanced OS support, intermediate account support, advanced software support, intermediate hardware support, create, maintain and deploy Mac, Windows and iOS images to devices.
Job Duties:
Image all PC's, Apple and mobile devices. The duties will also include: all Tier 2 duties; advanced hardware support; building, maintaining and deploying Windows, Mac, and iOS images; MacBook Pro image - macOS with Windows, dual-boot or as a VM; Academic image - Windows; iPad image - iOS; iMac image - Mac with or without Windows dual-boot or as a VM; MacBook Air - Mac; coordinate with Cybersecurity for security requirements and other groups as necessary; build new images from scratch every 6 months; update image every month. Manage Jamf device enrollments process, profiles, policies and Jamf server.
Job Requirements:
Educational requirements include an AS/AA Degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university or the equivalent technical experience.
Apple Certificate Mac Technician
Familiarity with Appl Configurator 2
Familiarity with Ivanti Management Suite, and Windows imaging
Familiarity with developing and maintaining Jamf profiles and policies and device enrollment.
Experience requirements include 3 years of related experience
