ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES: • Manages the relationship with the outsourced IT provider and ensures the firm's issues/needs are being handled. Maintains the firm's IT inventory. • Manages and tracks the investment manager operational due diligence process. • Responsible for the vendor due diligence program. • Assists with monthly and quarterly compliance testwork. • Prepares, edits, and assembles correspondence, presentations, and other documents. • Tracks receipt of audited financial statements and tax statements from external investment managers and delivers them to clients. • Assists in generating reports from investment software and preparing them for analysis. • Assists with project management tasks. • Maintains and updates client databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. • Manages incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department. • Participates in ad hoc projects and performs general administrative functions as needed.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND EQUIPMENT USAGE:
Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
