Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff Opportunity with a UHNW Executive (Remote + Travel)

Our client, an Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) executive, is seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. This is a remote position requiring 75%+ travel across major U.S. cities.

Key Details:
  • Salary: $170K+ (DOE) with full benefits and 401K.
  • Location: Candidates must reside in Los Angeles or NYC to be considered.
  • Travel: Frequent travel required to cities such as NYC, Colorado, and Los Angeles for extended stays.

About the Role:

In this multifaceted position, you will seamlessly manage the executive's professional and personal affairs, acting as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, and Personal Assistant. You'll collaborate with other team members to ensure the principal's needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage extensive calendar scheduling, correspondence, and client requests with precision and professionalism.
  • HR & Financial Oversight: Handle HR tasks across entities; manage expense reports, invoices, and financial reconciliations.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee event planning, vendor relationships, and urgent legal matters.
  • Office Coordination: Maintain smooth operations across multiple office locations.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Presentation & Data Management: Create polished PowerPoint presentations and maintain data systems.
  • Personal Support: Provide assistance with personal tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 5+ years in executive assistant roles supporting UHNW individuals, family offices, or professional services/consulting firms.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Skills:
  • Superior problem-solving abilities and a client-centric mindset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MAC systems.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work across various U.S. locations for extended periods.
