We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Administrative Associate, to provide essential support to our team by managing daily office tasks, facilitating smooth communication, and helping ensure efficient workflows and administrative functions across teams. This position will support a variety of key departments and initiatives across the MMI organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
This position will report directly to MMI's Director of Operations and Administration, and work closely with the Membership department, MMI members, and various external partners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works effectively, both independently and as part of a team, in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages scheduling and meetings
Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other documents, coordinates activities, maintains records, and tracks progress
Assists in planning and organizing events, meetings, and team-building activities
Researches and compiles information for reports and to support decision-making
Maintains accurate records within the organization's database
Supports the MMI membership by answering member inquiries and servicing requests
Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong administrative processes and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of financial services industry a plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE:
Compensation package consists of a base salary plus bonus award
