Job Summary:The Warehouse Manager maintains accurate inventory through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts and audits. The position is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting of all inbound raw material and outbound finished product. This position reports to the Plant Manager and oversees a team of 20-30 Logistics Supervisors, Coordinators, Shipping Clerks, Cycle Counters, and Material Handlers.
Job Duties:
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for training and monitoring performance of warehouse shipping and receiving employees.
Provide clear performance expectations and accountability to meet on time delivery and receiving requirements.
Ensure department metrics are established and delivered.
Ensure the Transportation and Warehousing staff understands the expectation for meeting performance standards.
Ensure that all HFS corporate programs and best practices are implemented.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent in education, certifications and experience.
7 + years supervisory experience leading a logistics department accountable for shipping, receiving, and inventory management in the Food Industry or manufacturing environment.
