Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Provost, the Vice Provost for Enrollment Management (VPEM) is the universitys chief enrollment officer with an overall goal of admitting, yielding, retaining, and graduating the most qualified students for each conservatory. With direct managerial responsibility for the Office of Admissions, and oversight of the Offices of Student Financial Aid and the Registrar, they will be tasked with meeting net tuition revenue and student headcount goals.

The VPEM will be a problem solver, utilizing data and technology to enhance enrollment operations. They will be innovative and adept at promoting current academic programs, as well as bringing forth recommendations for new recruitment ideas, marketing strategies, and academic programs that match the universitys mission, available resources, and market demand. The VPEM will be skilled at employing a collaborative and transparent style that nurtures key partnerships with campus and community stakeholders and ensures integration of operational and strategic enrollment management initiatives across campus. In collaboration with directors of the reporting units, the VPEM will ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations and all effective and responsible business practices.
