Job Title: Customer Onboarding Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through their onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless introduction to our overhead crane service solutions. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, providing excellent service, setting clear expectations, and delivering a positive experience that drives long-term satisfaction and retention.Key Responsibilities:Client Introduction and Relationship Building: Serve as the primary liaison for new customers, establishing trust and rapport while ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service.Onboarding Process Management: Coordinate the onboarding process, including setting up service agreements, confirming customer requirements, and scheduling initial inspections or service appointments.Customer Training and Education: Provide clients with necessary documentation, tutorials, and training to ensure they understand the services, safety standards, and maintenance processes for their overhead crane equipment.Data and Documentation: Collect and document all customer information accurately in CRM systems, including equipment details, service preferences, and contact information.Issue Resolution: Address any initial questions, concerns, or issues raised by the customer and escalate them to the appropriate team if necessary.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and operations teams to align on customer needs, ensuring a unified and seamless experience.Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from customers on their onboarding experience and suggest improvements to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all onboarding activities adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies. Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.Experience: 2+ years in customer service, onboarding, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within the industrial or service industry.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software and other digital tools.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
