A Day in the Life

We are searching for a skilled Salesforce Sr Sales Enablement Project Manager to oversee the strategy implementation of Salesforce platform. In this role, you will be tasked with determining project scope, goals, milestones, and short-term objectives for the development team. You will also take charge of costs, business relations, and final approval. To ensure success as a Salesforce project manager, you should be knowledgeable about the various Salesforce solutions such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce1.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, pain points, and goals

  • Gather requirements from different stakeholders and teams within the business.

  • Use declarative functionality (Clicks, not code) to build solutions using the Salesforce platform

  • Ensure all users have the correct access to Salesforce, and can perform their day to day tasks with minimal friction

  • Maintaining the platform, including staying up to date on new features and releases, as well as fixing any bugs.

  • Training users on new functionality or feature

  • Analyzing briefs and project requests from the business.

  • Assessing risks, opportunities, deliverables, and threats for projects.

  • Developing goals, tasks, and plans of development for Salesforce projects.

  • Liaising with clients and management about timelines, costs, and project objectives.

  • Managing a team of developers and consultants in developing Salesforce projects.

  • Developing metrics for each project to determine paths to success.

  • Communicating and acting as the first point of call for clients.

  • Conducting regular project meetings with your development team.

  • Ensuring that your team produces work that adheres to Salesforce's best-design principles.

  • Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve project outcomes.

Qualifications

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your applicant profile.


  • Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience; or

  • A dvanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$138,400.00 - $207,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
