The Real Estate Sales Associate is responsible for developing productive relationships with generated leads and guiding prospects to the successful culmination of the sales process while meeting or exceeding individual and corporate goals.
Responsibilities:
Maintains contact and management of leads to achieve the anticipated sale
Establishes achievable individual goals and objectives for optimum sales performance in accordance with the defined performance standards
Participates in sales calls and prospect reviews
Optimizes lead management throughout each phase of the contract and qualification process to culminate in the sale
Identifies prospect decision makers
Maintains accurate records for all prospect tracking utilizing the Sales Simplicity system
Maintains accurate notes regarding all contact and interaction with prospects
Creates prospect follow-up messaging and emails with focus on connecting and creating urgency and delivers email and telephone contact during each phase of the buying cycle
Maintains consistent follow-up contact in accordance to company directed standards
Obtains commitment for each step of the buying cycle
Focuses on deliver strategy to reveal prospect problems, obstacles, needs, and identifies values and urgency to act
Maintains the OTOW developed rating scale of prospect readiness for each prospect engagement, with the goal of generating immediate sales opportunities
Assists in the sales seminars both in Florida and out of state
Solicits customer input and feedback during customer visits
Ensures punctual attendance at all required sales training and meetings
Participates in market analysis and research of competitors
Ensures that at all times, business conducted within the sales organization is of the highest ethical and professional standard
Reports any incident or accident to management and informs them of any issues
Performs all duties in adherence to OTOW standards
Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers
Performs other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred
3+ years of Real Estate Sales experience required
Current Florida Real Estate License required
Skills and Knowledge:
Must be able to read, write and understand English and have strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Must have a high attention to detail, be well organized, have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan to accomplish tasks and thorough follow through cross-functionally
Ability to exhibit professionalism, including discretion, confidentiality, punctuality and attendance, at all times

Current Florida Real Estate License required
