Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury


• Provide direct physical therapy services, focusing on mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed


• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques to continue at home

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of California


• Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
