Position Summary:
As a vital member of the Owner Relations team, the Owner Relations Manager plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining meaningful, high-quality relationships with new and existing property owners. This position is essential for onboarding new owners and ensuring they remain engaged with our company. Responsibilities include communicating with owners via phone calls, text messages, and emails, providing management information to prospective owners, and supporting the Business Development Manager in securing new sign-ups. Additionally, the role involves addressing inquiries and communications from current owners, managing their information, and fulfilling requests. Administrative duties include essential computer work, software use, email correspondence, and ordering branded merchandise. The Owner Relations Manager also serves as an assistant to the General Manager, helping with day-to-day activities.

The role may also require conducting on-site quality control property inspections on behalf of owners to ensure that all properties meet their standards. The Owner Relations Manager will focus on managing and communicating with new and existing owners, handling general administrative tasks, and supporting the teams goals to drive company growth and meet business needs.
