You will help keep our leadership team on track with a variety of projects, manage schedules, and coordinate event logistics. Your responsibilities will include:Organizing and managing calendars, meetings, and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.Coordinating administrative tasks associated with various projects.Supporting event planning logistics for our Summer Conference in June (*see Important Details section below). Invoicing and managing data utilizing digital tools such as HubSpot and Google sheetsCreating and maintaining organized files and records within Google Workspace. Utilizing digital tools like Zoom and Slack for efficient communication and collaboration. Qualifications:Strong organizational and administrative skillsProficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar) and other digital tools.Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. Conference Focus: A significant component of the internship will involve planning for our Summer Conference, taking place from June 25-27, 2025, in Dallas, TX., This includes a requirement to work in-person the week of the conference (June 23-June 28, 2025) to ensure an exceptional experience for our attendees.
