We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Coordinator to support the testing process for a Salesforce Field Service system. This role involves conducting complex operational analyses, leading medium to large project teams, and collaborating across business units to support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing and a strong background in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate UAT Activities: Define UAT scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Prepare Test Scripts: Develop comprehensive test scripts based on business requirements and use cases, ensuring thorough functional and non-functional coverage.
Test Management: Load and manage test cases and scripts in Q-Metry. Maintain detailed records of testing activities.
Defect Management: Log, track, and prioritize defects in Jira. Partner with development and QA teams to resolve issues.
Reporting: Generate and share reports on testing progress, defect status, and overall test coverage. Provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for UAT activities, facilitating meetings, walkthroughs, and reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in software testing or UAT coordination roles.
Proficiency with tools like Q-Metry (test management) and Jira (bug tracking).
Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Field Service or similar CRM systems is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Understanding of field service operations or the energy industry.
Experience interacting with diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
