Executive Assistant (contract/open ended)

Hourly rate plus OT

High performing Executive Assistant, San Francisco, CA

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize day-to-day operations and scheduling for high profile executives
  • Interact with external clients on behalf of executives
  • Plan and coordinate special projects for executives as requested
  • Monitor heavy and fluctuating calendar, high volume of calls, emails, and flow of communication
  • Conduct research and advanced planning

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting high profile executives; college degree preferred
  • Financial industry knowledge highly desirable
  • Someone with a business partner mindset, great EQ and ability to work independently and be a self-starter
  • Job stability is important
  • Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
