A Leading Private Equity firm with fantastic offices in the heart of the Financial District is looking for an engaging, bright and highly focused individual to be their next Executive Assistant! In this fast-paced role, you will provide seamless support to the firm's high-performance team. Duties include complex calendar management and travel planning, coordinating team and client meetings, preparing presentations and project materials, and keeping track of expenses and long-term action items. Compensation: $130 - $140k Base + Bonus!
**This role is Hybrid**
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars and travel planning
Act as main point of contact and gatekeeper by facilitating communications and correspondence
Coordinate team and client meetings, including preparing presentations and project materials
Process and maintain expenses and long-term action items on behalf of the team
Oversee the team's several annual activities in terms of planning and implementation
Collaborate closely with other cross-functional internal team for special projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
8+ years' EA experience supporting multiple individuals
Background within the financial services industry required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Ability to maintain a level keel and remain calm under pressure
Motivated, proactive work style with a desire to assist wherever needed
