The team needs someone with strong admin skills that is flexible to drive (has reliable transportation) and work between a couple locations as needed for meetings.

The desired candidate would need to have experience as an executive assistant/secretary and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, excel and word.

Other Duties:
  • Calendar management
  • Filing
  • Print outs for the auditor's cases, putting the folders together for the auditors
  • Filling out the information on the case folders
  • Preparing the claimant questionnaires and typing the claimant letters and sending them out for both paid and denied cases
  • Typing the employer letters for the denied cases
  • Must have good organizational skills and technology skills (Word and Excel) and be ready for a fast pace.
  • Other tasks: scheduling, creating agendas, taking minutes, answering the phone.

Qualifications:
  • Detail orientated and accurate
  • Self-motivated
  • Audit support experience a plus
