My client is a Medford, OR full-service independent insurance agency. They are part of a growing National Brokerage so there is a lot of long-term career opportunities. They want to hire another Personal Lines Customer Service Rep. The new team member needs to have at least 2 years of insurance agency experience either with a Direct Writer or with another insurance brokerage. This role is all service work, handling daily requests for taking payments, adding/removing vehicles, providing certs/endorsements, and updating account files in the EPIC agency management system. (System training will be provided). You will also assist the Account Managers as needed to allow them to focus on renewal activities.

This is a Mon to Fri Medford in-office role. Hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm. Pay is based on 40 hours/week and is hourly.
