FinTrust Connect, a trusted partner of a well-established financial institution, is in search of a dynamic Product Managerto oversee our client's CMP products, specifically Business Owner's Policies (BOP) in the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
TheInsurance Product Managerwill lead the strategy, development, and management of BOP products and ensure they meet the needs of small to mid-sized businesses. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of excess and umbrella insurance, ensuring they can provide additional coverage options to clients. This role will require close collaboration with underwriters, sales teams, and senior management to maintain competitive, profitable products that meet market demands.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management or insurance underwriting, with a focus on BOP, CMP products, and excess/umbrella coverage.
In-depth understanding of business owner's policies (BOP) and commercial insurance products.
Strong knowledge ofexcess/umbrella insurance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Certifications: CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), ARM (Associate in Risk Management), or equivalent professional designation (preferred).
