We are seeking an experienced eClinicalWorks Technical Analyst with a strong background in customizing the eClinicalWorks (eCW) Patient Portal. This role requires expertise in optimizing patient engagement through tailored experiences on both mobile and web platforms, particularly focusing on the customization of login flows, appointment scheduling, test results, and communication features. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with eClinicalWorks FHIR integration, enabling seamless interoperability across healthcare systems.

Your Impact:

• Patient Portal Customization:
• Design, develop, and implement custom features for the eClinicalWorks Patient Portal, enhancing user experience for both web and mobile applications.
• Customize and optimize login workflows, improving user authentication and security protocols.
• Develop advanced appointment scheduling features, enabling efficient patient-provider interactions.
• Enhance test results delivery and communication modules to support better patient engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

Technical Architecture & Analysis:

• Lead the design and architecture of eClinicalWorks configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for system improvements, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and drive project execution.

FHIR Integration & Interoperability:

• Develop and implement eClinicalWorks FHIR integrations to support seamless data exchange with other healthcare systems and platforms.
• Ensure compliance with FHIR standards and best practices, enabling interoperability between different Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy, security, and consistency.

• Familiarity w/ Healow & eCW
• Strong understanding of eCW architecture and Healow functionality
• Should understand how eCW workflows operate.
