Key Responsibilities
Oversee IT projects and team assignments, ensuring efficient operations and timely upgrades.
Provide constructive performance evaluations and foster a high-performing IT team.
Partner with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with business and financial objectives.
Identify emerging technologies and organizational changes necessary to adopt them effectively.
Ensure IT infrastructure and networks, including a robust on-premises environment with significant virtualization and storage demands, effectively support the organization's computing and communication needs.
Communicate goals, projects, and timelines to the IT department and strategize their execution.
Develop long-term IT plans, including system improvements and software and hardware procurement.
Serve as the primary escalation point for IT inquiries and end-user needs.
Maintain compliance with applicable regulations governing IT operations.
Perform other duties as needed to support the organization's IT goals.
