Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Send new Job number requests to Accounting.
• Create the job folder, and file documents accordingly.
• Create and send new Subcontract PO requests to Accounting.
• Send new Certificate of Insurance requests to Accounting.
• Create and send material PO's. Send to customers and save in the job folder.
• Track when jobs are invoiced, and follow up on payment.
• Interface with clients via phone and e-mail.
• Manage client relationship network (CRM) database.
• Coordinate sub-contracts.
• Manage job cost transfers.
• Compile and send submittal packages and closeout documents.
• Manage annual service spreadsheets and databases.
• Manage code compliance AHJ database uploads.
• Facilitate Build projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the mechanical field a plus.
• Excellent logistics, communication, and management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present information to external clients/audiences.
• Experience with project management software.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping attention to detail.
