As a Senior Analyst in Business Analysis & Insights, you will:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical person to join our team as a Senior Analyst. In this important role, you'll use your data skills to find meaningful insights and create reports that help guide smart decisions throughout the organization.
As a Senior Analyst, you'll gather, organize, and study data from different sources. By using various analysis techniques, you'll look for patterns and trends, turning raw data into useful information that others can act on.
Minimum Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in Business Management, Business Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in data analysis.
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations concisely and persuasively.
Experience in eCommerce or Marketplace is key.
Strong analytical skills with experience in commercial and technology functions, business performance analyses, and business case development.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to drive positive business outcomes.
Assertive, adaptable, and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
You will be successful if:
You have a deep understanding of leveraging industry research and trends to drive decisions.
You can foster collaboration across teams and leverage your insights and data to drive results.
You are passionate about marketplaces, sellers, and customers, and can champion these across the Walmart organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000.00-$143,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
