Expected Base Pay Scale (USD)
$144,000 - $171,600 annual base salary. The successful candidates base pay depends on job-related skills, qualifications, experience, geographic location, and market conditions. The expected base pay scale may be adjusted based on market conditions.
Description
As a Senior RF IC Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include designing high performance RF and analog circuits per specified requirements and direct layout technicians to implement circuits using industry standard Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools. In addition, you will have very strong RF design skills and experience in the following preferred areas: LNAs, mixers, VGAs, digital step attenuators, switches, match networks, integrated baluns (active/passive), and baseband filtering using SiGe BiCMOS and CMOS (SOI) technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements of a Senior RF IC Design Engineer include a BS or MS (preferred) in Electrical Engineering and 20+ years of industry experience in the following areas:
Exceptional RF Analog circuit design skills
Experience above 15 GHz preferred
Extensive experience with Cadence EDA (Composer/Virtuoso) tools
Extensive experience with SpectreRF, Spectre, HSPICE
Experience with field solver software such as EMX, ANSYS, Keysight ADS, Helic, etc.
Strong analytical/problem solving skills and pronounced attention to details
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be comfortable working across geographies
This job position will or is likely to involve compliance with ITAR Regulations so all employees working in this capacity must be eligible under ITAR citizenship requirements, and accordingly applicants must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents
