May repackage returned products as new when possible and maintain an adequate level of repackaging materials.
May pick, pack, and ship products to be returned to the supplier from the Return Center warehouses accurately.
Complete inventory adjustments in the Return Center as directed by management.
Scan products into and out of system locations accurately.
Verify that the returned items match the RMA, using SAP to look up the RMA and the list of items authorized for return.
Verify that the serial numbers of the returned products match the original invoice, using SAP to look up the original invoice and the serial numbers of the products originally shipped to the customer.
Record receipt of the return in SAP by inputting notes in the RMA.
Move the returned products to the appropriate staging area for RMA testing, restocking, return to the vendor, or problem RMA returns (RTC).
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Returns Manager.
Regular attendance is an essential function of the Returns Specialist position.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, in order to move around the returned products
Able to spend time standing at a computer terminal.
An essential function for this position, based on business necessity, is that the employee must be physically in attendance at his/her workstation at the designated company office location during the normal business hours designated for the position.
