Job Description:

Join our team as a Procurement Leader to drive global procurement strategy for new product development and manage the Brand Labeling portfolio for Home & Distribution in North America (NAM).

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Product Line Lifecycle:

    • Serve as the main contact for procurement across stakeholders.

    • Coordinate procurement strategy and assess project needs.

    • Influence supplier choices and incorporate market insights into projects.




  2. Brand Labeling Portfolio:

    • Drive supplier performance and analyze needs.

    • Resolve supplier conflicts and lead contract negotiations.

    • Manage supply qualifications and conduct regular supplier reviews.




  3. Project Execution:

    • Implement commodity strategies and lead supplier selection.

    • Oversee risk analysis to align procurement with project targets.

    • Guide component selection to optimize cost, quality, and supply chain resilience.




  4. Strategy and Supplier Management:
    • Influence and implement commodity strategies, lead supplier mapping, and manage end-to-end negotiations.



  5. Procurement Accountability:
    • Ensure procurement activities for new product projects meet cost, quality, and timeline targets.



  6. Component Selection and Evaluation:
    • Guide selection of components and sub-assemblies with a focus on cost, sustainability, and quality.



What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business required; MBA preferred.


    • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Procurement/Sourcing within a multinational corporation, with expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management.


    • Business Understanding: Knowledge of components supply chain and industrial product applications is advantageous; strong business acumen is essential.


    • Other Skills: Proficiency in English, multicultural experience, teamwork, and digital acumen are highly valued.
