The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Experienced Executive Office Administrator (EOA) to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities organization in either Renton, WA or Everett, WA.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business sense and have the capability to build rapport with key partners. Additionally, you should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization and be a positive leader to others. The successful candidate must be capable to perform and manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and a high level of accuracy. Strong skills within the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), are strongly recommended.
Position Responsibilities:
Prioritizes and schedules Executives' calendars and availability for efficient use of time
Coordinates/processes domestic/international business travel arrangements for 3-4 Executives, monitors traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges; ensures timely/accurate reimbursement
Plans and implements logistics for executive level internal and external events
Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations
Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication
Communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences and conveys a positive attitude to all those that they work with
Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources
Orders and maintains office supplies
Communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences
Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
Advises and provides virtual OA support to several locations across the country
Works under limited supervision
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position will have the possibility for hybrid work in the future at the manager's discretion.

3+ years of experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook
3+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
Experience coordinating and processing business travel arrangements; generating expense reports for business travel and reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
Effective written and verbal communication across diverse audiences
3+ years experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook across multiple time zones
3+ years of experience in partnering with executives to align with the operating rhythm/cadence for executive leadership teams
Experience with Concur or a similar travel and expense management program
Excellent customer service skills
Experience managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction
A team player, able to work in collaborative environment
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
