Job Title: Financial Analyst


About Us: Our client is a leading retailer dedicated to delivering value and innovation. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to provide critical insights and drive financial strategies for our growing operations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data on sales, margins, inventory, and expenses.


• Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and financial models.


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify growth opportunities.


• Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and marketing teams.


• Support decision-making through cost-benefit analyses and ad hoc reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA is a plus.


• 3+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in retail.


• Proficient in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.


• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
