Job Description:

Our client, an investment management firm located in downtown Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Receptionist to join their team. This position is in office 5-days/week and hours are 8:00am - 5:30pm with flexibility to occasionally come in earlier to set up for meetings. This company is located in an impressive new office space and is focused on positive workplace culture!


Responsibilities:

• Greet employees/visitors and answer phones


• Manage calendar and coordinate travel arrangements


• Schedule conference rooms and order catering


• Assess equipment needs and coordinate repairs and maintenance


• Order and maintain office supplies


• Additional tasks as needed!

Qualifications:

• BA/BS required


• At least 2 years previous experience - open to retail or hospitality background


• Poised, mature, and professional


• Strong communication skills


• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation/Benefits:

• DOE 65K - 70K base salary plus paid overtime and discretionary bonus
