Major/Essential Functions
Shares in responsibility for the operations of the Financial Aid Office.
Assist in the monitoring and assuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
Responsible for performing the day to day operations of the Financial Aid Office.
Counsel students/parents regarding federal, state and private student financial aid (including presenting orientations).
Responsible for assisting in the monitoring and updating of Banner with current Information.
Review/verify FA applications; determine eligibility for FA programs.
Insure accurate and appropriate record keeping as required by federal, state, and institutional regulations.
Review and process financial aid cost of attendance budget revisions.
Assist in timely processing of Return of Title IV calculations.
Assist in outside scholarship processing.
Monitor/verify institutional, state, and federal funds within regulations and reconciliations.
Assists in prioritizing and allocating workloads for support staff.
