This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, greeting visitors, maintaining budgets, and providing general support to employees. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.


The Office Manager also handles customer interactions, resolving basic and routine concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, and text. Acting as a key liaison between the branch and its customers, the Office Manager ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction.


The starting wage is $22 - $25 per hour (dependent on experience)


The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM. Working 1 Saturday per month is possible as needed by the business.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and manage various reports to support branch operations and decision-making.

  • Provide assistance to technicians and sales representatives with inquiries and operational needs.

  • Handle and resolve customer calls promptly, ensuring a positive experience and updating customer accounts as needed.

  • Order and manage office and branch supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Manage day-to-day tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, assisting management, and addressing miscellaneous operational requirements.

  • Identify and seize opportunities to upsell products or services when appropriate to meet customer needs.

  • Foster meaningful, long-term relationships with customers while maintaining high levels of engagement.

  • Respond to customer inquiries about products and services, offering detailed information and tailored recommendations.

  • Create and maintain customer accounts by accurately recording and updating account information.

  • Process financial adjustments to ensure accurate and up-to-date account records.



This position is pivotal in creating a seamless experience for both customers and team members while supporting the branch's overall goals. The Office Manager supports the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency in administrative tasks, customer interactions, and team collaboration.



Job Qualifications:



  • High school diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience with office management, administrative support, or related experience.

  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, with strong active listening abilities.

  • A customer-focused mindset, with the adaptability to work effectively with diverse personality types.

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
