Position Summary: Performs drug and alcohol tests on donors
Essential functions and responsibilities
Drives a company provided vehicle to client locations and performs drug tests. May perform collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines, which includes direct observation and possible oral swab sample collection. May perform breath alcohol testing following DOT alcohol testing guidelines. May perform hair collections following Psychemedics guidelines.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications required:
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Valid Drives License
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
Obtain DOT Urine Specimen Collector certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
Obtain DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
Obtain Hair Collection Training Certificate within two (2) weeks of Employment
Qualifications preferred:
Experience driving a box truck (Up to 23 feet in length) (Training provided)
Physical Requirements:
Must speak, read and write in English. Required to talk, listen, walk, sit, stand, use hands, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Lifts up to forty (30) pounds. Climbs stairs. Must sit and drive a commercial truck for periods of time.
