Key Responsibilities:
Conduct testing for the release and stability of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure flawless quality and compliance.
Perform both basic and intermediate laboratory operations with precision and adherence to GMP standards.
Validate and transfer analytical methods under supervision to strictly maintain accuracy and reliability.
Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation, including HPLC, FTIR, and other advanced technologies.
Document all findings meticulously in laboratory notebooks and review them to ensure completeness and compliance.
Write and review Bend Test Procedures and SOPs under supervision, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Provide basic training and mentorship for new chemists, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Sample and test cleaning samples to determine adherence to cleanliness standards.
Support Subject Matter Experts on special projects to successfully implement innovative solutions.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field, or equivalent experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in scientific principles.
Relevant laboratory experience in a related field is preferred, showcasing proven technical skills and expertise.
Experience with GMP practices is preferred, highlighting a dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards.
Proficiency in operating HPLC, FTIR, and other related lab technologies is preferred, indicating technical competence and versatility.
Ability to work four 10-hour shifts, including one weekend day, showcasing flexibility and dedication to achieving team goals.
