Operations Technicians start out at $24 per hour + an additional 15% per hour for working the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes.


• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and successfully implement solutions that meet those needs.


• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure exceptional performance.


• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all operational activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.


• Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing protocols and procedures to achieve optimal efficiency and quality.


• Provide technical support and training to junior staff and other departments to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.


• Ensure the integrity and quality of production data by performing rigorous quality control checks and audits.


• Engage in proactive problem-solving to address operational challenges and enhance overall productivity.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent experience; technical training or certification preferred.


• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.


• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.


• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate results.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.


• Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• A positive attitude and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
