A day in the life.
As our Client Service Specialist on the Aviation team, you'll assist in the servicing of accounts, handling day-to-day workflow of the servicing process and effectively communicating with the Senior Aviation Client Executives for their assigned book of business. The Client Service Specialist, Aviation, is also responsible for maintaining the Agency Management Systems.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years customer service experience required.
- Associate's degree preferred
- Strong preference is given to candidates with experience or background in aviation
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty License within 60 days of hire
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products
- Strong computer/software competency
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a team environment
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
