What Youll Be DoingYour primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging and collaborative Radical Candor keynotes and workshops to ensure our clients receive an inspiring educational experience. In addition to facilitating workshops and talks, you will also help our team develop, refine and implement new training content, revise existing content, and contribute to a variety of internally and externally facing projects & initiatives. ResponsibilitiesClient Engagements & FacilitationConduct and facilitate multiple client workshops, keynotes, and engagements every month. On average, we expect the following operational tempo:2-4 in-person events/month4-8 virtual events/month (depending on travel schedule)Provide feedback to the CRO and CEO on opportunities for improvement in client experiences.Refine Existing Content & Develop New Training ConceptsWork with the sales and operations team to refine current training content.Work with the sales and operations team to help develop new training material as the need arises.Collaborate with the sales and operations team as well the rest of the coaching staff to help ensure quality and consistency standards across all facilitatorsQualifications5+ years of facilitation experience, with examples or references. This can include facilitating training, strategy planning sessions, and other structured group discussions.5+ years of public speaking experience, with examples or references.10+ years of people management and organizational leadership experience.Superb storytelling skills.Outstanding group facilitation and public speaking skills.Industry-specific or other differentiating experience that would add to the breadth of viewpoints held by Candor Coaches.A deep understanding of, and appreciation for, Radical Candor.The ability to competently facilitate interactive sessions using our key remote facilitation platforms: Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, and Webex.PreferredExperience in executive education and/or leadership development organizations.Formal teaching and instructional experience.BenefitsBecause Radical Candor is a fully remote team, you can work from anywhere in the US in your flannel pajamas if you want.
