What will you be doing?
Managing change inside large organizations is complex, but navigating change for both Circana and our clients is vital for the success of our partnerships. We are seeking a business intelligence professional to help us manage one of our largest retail client relationships. In this role, you'll help drive continuous improvement and optimization of processes. The primary responsibilities are noted below, including but not limited to creating and implementing a systemic approach to proactively improve data quality perceptions. You will be supporting one of the largest retailers in the US, and, as an extension, suppliers who are part of our collaborative solutions.
Support successful deployment of new solutions and enhancements to existing solutions
Optimize work processes with focus on automation and continuous improvement to help Circana deliver on our goal of "flawless" delivery
Drive understanding, acceptance and confidence around data changes through proactive context analytics quantifying how and why data changes over time
Create reporting and quality assurance processes and metrics for online and offline client deliverables
Lead complex process of new item product coding, rest of market item placement, and drive these processes with internal partners and external clients
Rationalize and automate offline reporting to improve speed of delivery and reduce potential for human error/quality concerns
Serve as a liaison to our internal Client Service and Operations organization to assist implementation of internal Circana data change events
Continuously assess client needs and develop solutions and reporting to meet those needs
Requirements
5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, insights, change management, or related functions, preferably within a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Research, or Marketing Services company.
Demonstrated ability in utilizing and integrating multiple data sources (point-of-sale, panel, etc.) to address client business challenges, delivering data-driven insights and implications.
Proficiency with syndicated data tools such as Circana, IRI, NPD, or similar platforms is required. Circana Unify Plus technical experience strongly preferred.
Outstanding technical ability with a strong focus on automation, "big data" quality assurance, and programming/database management skills required.
Excellent project management skills, experience and knowledge of change management principals is required.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences from junior to executive level.

This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote; client located in Cincinnati, OH. Limited travel may be required.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The salary range for this role is $61,000.00 $99,000.00.
