Title: SAP S4 PLM Resource
Location: Hybrid - Chicago, IL
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2

Description:

• Configure and support SAP S/4 PLM modules, focusing on supply chain optimization (SCNO), recipe management, product specifications (spec), and product compliance.


• Implement and support the configuration of recipe management processes in SAP S/4 PLM, ensuring that recipes are well-defined, compliant, and aligned with business requirements.


• Oversee the configuration and management of product specifications (spec) within the SAP S/4 PLM system, ensuring that product data is accurate and up to date.


• Support product compliance processes within SAP S/4 PLM, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and business standards for product formulations and attributes.


• Work with the SCNO module to optimize supply chain networks, ensuring effective management of product lifecycle data across different locations, systems, and suppliers.


• Lead and support data migration activities for SAP S/4 PLM, ensuring seamless transfer of legacy product data, recipes, and compliance information to the new system.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4 PLM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP QM) to streamline business processes and improve product lifecycle management.


• Assist in creating test scripts, conducting system testing, and ensuring the successful validation of configurations to meet business requirements.


• Document system configurations, data migration processes, and best practices. Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users, ensuring proper system adoption.


• Provide ongoing support post-implementation, addressing any issues or enhancements related to SAP S/4 PLM functionality, data, and integrations.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with SAP S/4 PLM, including modules such as SCNO, recipe management, product specifications (spec), and product compliance.


• Expertise in data migration activities, particularly related to migrating product data, recipes, and compliance information into SAP S/4.


• Knowledge of product lifecycle management processes, including formulation, compliance tracking, and product specification management.


• Experience in configuring and optimizing SAP S/4 PLM functionalities to align with business needs.


• Strong understanding of integration between SAP PLM and other SAP modules, such as SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP QM, etc.


• Proven ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations.


• Ability to write test scripts, conduct unit testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
