Role: HR Regulatory Operations Support


Responsibilities:

• Support the HR Regulatory Operations team in executing, maintaining, and enhancing process and control requirements.


• Ensure timely and consistent execution of regulatory compliance requirements.


• Conduct periodic monitoring, testing, and audits of end-to-end processes.


• Collaborate across multiple functional areas to identify and resolve compliance issues efficiently.


• Manage and escalate risks within day-to-day operations to management.

Process Areas Include:

• Employment eligibility


• Employee information requests


• Employee notices


• Unemployment claims


• Affirmative action


• NMLS administration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills


• Experience with ServiceNow


• Experience with Workday
