Job Description:

Part-Time EED/EDT/LIMS Coordinator




Employee Responsibilities:

• Prepare and lead Client Services training sessions and facilitate discussion of key concepts and requirements for generating EDDs and uploading EDTs
  
• 
  Plan and improve organization and delivery of project and client specific deliverables - CDX, EDD, EDT, custom reports, forms, invoicing, etc
  
• 
  Prepare and provide expert consultation regarding LIMS as relates specifically to Client Services (ASM/ASMA/Subcontract) tasks and functions and performance thereof
  

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

• 
  Broad technical understanding of most aspects of the laboratory, regulatory requirements, and specific method requirements - with expertise in project management, LIMS, EDDs, and EDTs.
  
• 
  Requires management level judgment and initiative in resolving issues, making recommendations, and facilitating change
  
• 
  Excellent written and communication skills
  
• 
  Excellent attention to details
  
• 
  Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 
  30+ years lab experience, including minimum 10 years management and/or QA or equivalent leadership role
  
• 
  College/university graduate with 4+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience
  
• 
  Proficient in MS Office Suite
  
• 
  Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  

Position is part-time Monday-Friday 8-16 hours per week. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Monrovia, CA are encouraged to apply.
