This role involves using the GoHighLevel CRM, assisting with Google Ads and SEO basics, and supporting clients through technical issues. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, focused on speed, obsessed with client satisfaction, digital marketing, and capable of troubleshooting technical issues independently.ResponsibilitiesAssist new clients with setting up their CRM according to Therapy Flows setup standards.Provide basic support and education on Google Ads and SEO to clients, ensuring they know what to expect.Help prepare their CRM account and service strategies.Answer domain and hosting-related questions, providing guidance on connecting domains, setting up email forwarding, and basic troubleshooting.Serve as a primary point of contact for new clients during their onboarding process, scheduling and conducting onboarding calls as needed.Having immediate contact and availability to ensure a speedy onboarding and hand-off to other team members. Track client onboarding progress, ensuring a timely and consistent cycle, and maintain detailed records.Collaborate with internal teams to improve the onboarding process, contributing to overall client satisfaction and success.Handle Off-boarding tasks when clients cancel. Task list is typically 1-5 quick tasks with due date.
